SUBJECT: NEWSLETTER dated 26.04.2013

Hereby please be informed that, to the date of this document, in order to join the FAE, pursuant to art. 6, letter B and art. 20 of the STAFF REGULATIONS, it is mandatory to submit you application on a special printout prepared by the CHANCELLOR.

The following documents shall be attached to the above mentioned application:

A)-MEDICAL CERTIFICATE of healthy and robust physique for activity in non-competitive sports;

B)-Nº 3 passport PHOTOS;

C)-ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE, including INSURANCE*(subject to change), set as follows:

01-Clubs or Associations or other forms of association: € 00,00

02-For each founding member, supporting member or honorary member (any KYU class –DAN grade – QUALIFICATION) : € 35,00

* CEILING (provisional) for the INSURANCE:

03-For any member or honorary member, (except all those who have teaching responsibilities, all DANs and all those who have organizational responsibilities within the FAE) who benefits of any other similar insurance coverage : € 20,00

AFFILIATIONS

For organizational reasons, all AFFILIATIONS be received no later than December 27th .

Furthermore, please be informed that the fees to be paid in to take the tests for class advancement, grade advancement and qualification, are set as follows:

MEMBERS from 0 to 15 years old

KYU advancement

MEMBERS from 16 years onwards

KYU advancement

MEMBERS from 18 years onwards

DAN grade advancement

QUALIFICATION ADVANCEMENT (MEMBERS from 18 years onwards)

For DANs, the fee for the test includes the recognition from the AIKIKAI, more in detail:

-admission fee,

-fee for the international AIKIKAI card,

- AIKIKAI annual fee,

- AIKIKAI diploma,

-as well as general expenses and secretarial

The fee already paid in to take the test for class advancement, grade advancement or qualification advancement, after the examining board has convened, will be returned only if the applicant waives the test, through a written notice to be submitted 15 days before the exam; in all other cases it will be deposited in the fund of the FAE and will be used to achieve the purposes of the FAE FONDAZIONE AIKIDO D’EUROPA–BUIKUKAI D’EUROPA, except for serious, motivated e documented impediment of the examinee in subject.

The fee already paid in to take the TEST for DAN advancement, or to get the DAN CONFIRMATION, will be returned only if the applicant waives the test through a written notice to be submitted BEFORE the examinees lists (or of those who are to be CONFIRMED) are sent to ZAIDAN AIKIKAI AIKIDO YAMATO BUIKUKAI, in JAPAN.

The person concerned will be entitled to appear for the test (or grade confirmation) for a second time after which, if he/she is not present or if his/her test fails, will be obliged to reapply and pay in the related fee

REIMBURSMET and DAILY ALLOWANCE – SEMINAR DIRECTORS –(CHANCELLOR)- (TEACHING DIRECTOR)-(TECHNICAL DIRECTOR)

01)-travel expenses + room and board +

02)-daily allowance of 250,00 Euro, not divisible +

03)- room and board for one assistant

The daily allowance referred to on point 2) is reduced to € 100,00, not divisible, if the direction of the SEMINAR is related to organizations /clubs and associations regularly affiliated to the FAE-FONDAZIONE AIKIDO D’EUROPA–BUIKUKAI D’EUROPA.

DIRECTORs of SEMINAR - FAE AUTHORIZED

01)- travel expenses + room and board +

02)- diaria giornaliera pari a € 125,00 non frazionabili +

03)- room and board for one assistant.

The daily allownace referred to on point 2) is reduced to € 50,00, not divisible, if the direction of the SEMINAR is related organizations /clubs and associations regularly affiliated to the FAE-FONDAZIONE AIKIDO D’EUROPA–BUIKUKAI D’EUROPA.

In order to obtain the credits provided for in the REGULATION, to participate to any FAE authorized YUDANSHA KANKEIKO - KAN KEIKO e KASHOKU, it MANDATORY that these events have, or had, the duration of a WEEKEND or, however, that they last at least 8 hours divided in two or three days. Therefore all above mentioned events, even if authorized by FAE, which had, or will have, a shorter duration shall not be entitled to recognition of credits.

Please be also informed that in order to have cards, diplomas, certifications, and other attestations issued by BUIKUKAI D’EUROPA, a contribution to administration expenses is due, amounted to € 10,00.

Notwithstanding the above, all those who join or renew their affiliation for the year 2012 within the time allowed by this newsletter, namely no later than December 27th, 2012 (the date stated either on the payment through postal checking account or wire transfer in favor of FAE will be taken into consideration ) and who are not yet in possession of a FAE card, will have the right to receive it without paying the scheduled € 10,00 membership fee for administrative expenses

Please note that all payments in favor of BUIKUKAI D’EUROPA, for affiliations, both individual and for clubs / associations/ different forms of association , for class, dan and qualification advancements, for administrative expenses, etc., must be made on

or

through WIRE TRANSFER to IBAN CODE:

stating the REASON for payment in the space provided, along with the FAE card number of the person concerned.

Only the CHANCELLOR can derogate and waive on this system of payment

This newsletter SUPERSEDES all PREVIOUS ones.
