Call to order
The meeting was called to order By Chair Mullen at 10:30 am
Public Comment
Mr. Sorenson is happy that the 90 minute rule is gone.
Mrs. Trapp said that Ms. Marquez is not receiving voicemails from the IVR. A staff member from the Transit IT department will be at the next meeting to take a look at her phone.
Ms. Fattorusso explained to the Mr. Rizzieri, myself and the Board Members about an event she and her co-workers witnessed with a Sun Van passenger and one of the Sun Van drivers. Ms. Fattorusso said the driver went above and beyond her normal work duties and would like her recognized for doing a great job.
Acceptance of Agenda
Mrs. Trapp motioned to approve the Agenda. Ms. Fattorusso seconded the motion. The Board Members voted to approve the Minutes.
Minutes from December’s meeting
Ms. Fattorusso motioned to approve the December Minutes. Mr. Copeland seconded the motion. The Board Members voted to approve the Minutes.
Director’s Report
Mr. Rizzieri discussed the Performance Statistics. From January 2013 to January 2014total reservations are down 10%, cancelations are up 3.71%, refusals are down .9% and no-shows are down .3%. Ridership is up 14.55%.
Customer Service Representatives are in the process of being trained on different ways to use the scheduling system, so Placements will not be necessary.
Mr. Copeland asked how the “On Time” percentage is computed. Mr. Rizzieri said that when the drivers get to their destination they entertheir arrival time into the mobile unit. The system then compares the arrival time to the scheduled time. This calculation includes the 15 minute window.
Mr. Rizzieri then went over the 311 call report. Mr. Rizzieri explained the difference between, a “closed” complaint verses a “closed resolved” complaint.
Mr. Richardson asked how the Transit Department classifies a complaint if, it has more than one infraction. Mr. Rizzieri said that the complaint would be listed under multiple categories.
Mr. Rizzieri informed the Board Members that the Transit Department has a new Deputy Director.
Mr. Rizzieri asked the Board Member if they could possibly change the Meeting date in March. Mr. Rizzieri would like the Consultant that is working with Transit on the certification process to attend the meeting. Mr. Rizzieri will have more information at the next ACTMI meeting.
New/Old Business
Ms. Trapp would like to know if the Ridership Report is going to be posted on the Web. Mr. Rizzieri will look into it.
Mr. Rizzieri is looking into different ways of getting the No-Show Policy and the Sun Van and you handbook distributed. The No-Show Policy and the Sun Van and you handbook will be posted on the Web.
Mr. Mullen asked if both of the stops at UNM are still being used. Mr. Rizzieri said “yes”.
A staff member from the Transit Department will continue to take the Minutes for the ACTMI meetings. These Minutes will be the official Minutes.
The Boards and Commissions Web site is still not updated.
Mr. D’Arco has resigned from the Advisory Board. Mr. Rizzieri and the Transit Department would like to thank Mr. D’arco for his dedication and years of Service to the Transit Department.
Mr. Rizzieri suggested to the Board Member that they update the Resolution. Mr. Rizzieri will bring copies of the Resolution to the next meeting; he will also email the resolution to the Board Members.

Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at the Alvarado Transportation Center, 2nd floor.
