After graduating college, I became a high school track coach and gymnastics instructor. Later, I worked for a non-profit healthcare company, ECRI Institute, managing a healthcare standards and guidelines database product, as well as interfacing with the National Institutes of Health (NIH). After I had my first child, I decided to pursue a career as a fitness instructor and personal trainer.
