I / Opening of the Meeting
1.  / The meeting was called to order at 4:02 p.m.
2.  / It was moved by Soofi, seconded by Hollingsworth, and carried to approve the minutes of Thursday, January 26, 2017.

At this time, there are no agenda items so if no agenda items come forth, chair Krueger will cancel the next meeting.
There have been many technology issues this year concerns were shared, they have been reported some have been taken care of but many that have not. Chair Krueger will reach out Mike Sherer from Information Technology Services and ask him to come to a meeting.

Vendors are prohibited from discussing this RFP with any member of the UW community other than the Procurement Lead (Ruth Ginzberg) without written permission, so over the next few months avoid inadvertently being drawn into a conversation that ought not to be happening. The reason for the prohibition is that we must be meticulously careful to avoid giving any one vendor any information that could help them compete for this contract if that same information is not offered to every prospective vendor.
