(Inter – School Competitive Exam in Mathematics)

Dear Sir / Madam,

“Everyone of Ramanujan’s theorems was worked out and not

devised in a flash –Prof.Berndt.

Greetings and good wishes from the Sethu Bhaskara Family.

When the mathematical genius Srinivasa Ramanujan was as young

as you, little did he realize that his love for algebra would take him to

greatheights in the world of mathematics. He was so obsessed with

equations that long after his death some of his mathematical

equations are stillbeing researched by scholars around the globe.

This comes with years of hard work and perseverance. His young mind

wasconstantly being moulded to be a mathematical sensation. With this

in mind every year we conduct the Young Ramanujan competitionto give

the students the opportunity to showcase their skills. This is theirchance

to prove to the Chennai city and the rest of the world that they have

the intellect of Ramanujan in them. So let this be an invitation

extended to all the students to participate in this competition.

This is the golden opportunity to prove their mettle. So what are they

waiting for? Let the students puton their Mathematical hats and

submit their names to participate in a competition of a life time to prove

to the world that Mathematics can be fun.

Come ! Join !! Win !!!
