Hello Wonderful Parents!

Were on the final stretch! Here are some things to put on your calendar. J

·  The Spring Fundraiser will begin this coming Monday.

·  Please send back $ or pictures from the Spring Pictures that were sent home on Monday as soon as you have a chance.

·  Ramirez Registration will be on Monday, April 13th at 1:00. The advisors will be coming over and to meet with each student and go over their registration packets.

·  All application based elective applications are due to Ramirez by April 10th. Please have your child bring the teacher recommendation for to me ASAP so I can fill it out and send it to Ramirez.

·  Mother Daughter event will be on Friday, April 17th.

·  SBAC testing will begin on Monday, April 27th and will go through Monday, May 3. Testing will be the entire morning. Please make sure that your child gets plenty of rest that week, because it is a very long and intensive test. Please also make sure your child is at school on time, and avoids being absent if possible. If a student misses a testing day, they are pulled from class at a later date and will miss what we are learning.

·  Open house is early this year and will be held on Thursday, May 7th. Hope to see you there!

·  Your child is currently working on an Ancient Greece Project. It will be due on Friday, April 17th.

·  Art Walk will be on Friday, June 12th.

·  Promotion will be on Thursday, June 25th

·  Our 6th grade bowling field trip will be on our last day of school, Friday, June 26th (we will be back before dismissal)

·  Our 6th grade softball game & BBQ will be on Wednesday, June 24th (we will need volunteers – we will hold a meeting soon for anyone interested in helping out with end-of-the-year activities

·  Additional information for the end-of-the-year will be coming home soon.
