Tru Blu Travel encourages you to purchase cancellation insurance to cover any non-refundable expenditures or single supplement costs you may incur should you cancel your trip in the event of death, injury or sickness involving you, a travel companion or immediate family member as all funds will be non-refundable once purchased. You may sell your spot and change the reservation name at no charge up to 24 hours prior to boarding!
Tru Blu Travel and its representatives act only in the capacity of an agent of all air/land transportation and hotel specified in this contract. The individual travel participant agrees that Tru Blu Travel and its representatives are not responsible for any expense or liability resulting from a labor disputes, war, acts of terrorism, government restraints, weather conditions, sickness, pilferage or any other cause beyond their control. As all monies received for travel are forwarded to the supplier, except the agent’s fees, Tru Blu Travel shall not be responsible for refund of monies not in its possession. Tru Blu Travel and its representatives reserve the right to accept, or to retain or refuse any person as a participant of any tour or to cancel any program of a tour if circumstances so demand. Tru Blu Travel and its representatives reserve the right to cancel any tour of tour guide prior to departure for any reason (including insufficient number of participants) or to change itineraries and/or substitute services or hotels of equal quality without prior notification.
