With the timely arrest of accused Kamal @ Kamaluddin s/o Mohd. Iqbal Ghaji r/o K-228, New Seelam Pur, Delhi, the police of P.S. Seelam Pur not only solved a two gruesome cases of attempt to murder of Police Station Seelam Pur and Police Station New Usman Pur in which both the victims with multiple gun shot wounds are still battling for their lives in hospital, one murder case of Akil @ Don a BC of Police Zafrabad and one case murder of the son of Almu a BC of Police Station Zafraabd (Both these murders were don done in rivalry between two gangs of Sabir Chaudhary and Kamal @ Kamaluddin) and one case of highway loot of Rs. 60 Lakhs of Police Station Vivek Vihar but also defused a very tense and charged atmosphere between the two gangs of the same community. The heads of both of these gangs are residing in a very close vicinity in the area of Police Station Seelam Pur, Delhi.
A team of officers of Police Station Seelam Pur, led by Inspr. Sanjiv Gupta, SHO/ Seelam Pur and consisting of Inspr Jagdish Pd / ATO SI Nilesh Kumar HC Anil Kumar , HC Yogesh Kumar, Ct Irfan, Const Ram Gopal , under the close supervision of ACP Sh.Chander Kant Talwar and overall supervision of Sh. V.V Chodhary , Addl Commissioner of Police, North East Distt have apprehended notorious interstate criminal Kamalludin @ Kamal @ Bilal s/o Iqbal Gaji r/o K 228, New Seelam Pur Delhi aged 32 years .
INCIDENT AND OPERATION:
On 28/7/12 one person namely Mobin s/o Mallu r/o K block Seelam pur Delhi was attacked by Kamal @ Kamlludin @ Bilal s/o Iqbal Gazi , Mohd Umar @ Pau, Jamal Ranjha , Iqbal Gazi, Asif @ Kasif and Shakil Mullah. 19 gun shot injuries were inflicted on him .A case vide FIR No 258/12 u/sec 307/326/120 B IPC and 27/54/59 A Act PS Seelam pur Delhi was registered . Sensing the gravity of the case various teams of police were constituted to nab the criminals. Kamal @ kamalludin @ Bila was the king pin and master executor of the criminal gang involved in the shoot out . In the mean while Kamal @ Kamludin and his associates again committed a daring murder attempt by attacking on Imran s/o Yasin , who was looking after the injured Mobin @ Mallu in the hospital. A case vide FIR No 238/12 u/sec 307/34 IPC and 25/27/54/59 A Act PS New Usman Pur Delhi was registered . Kamal wanted to eliminate Imran as well as his father Yasin so as to become the master of drug trade . Sensing the gravity of the above cases a reward of one lakh cash was declared by Commissioner of Police, Delhi on Kamal @ Kamlludin @ Bilal for his arrest .
Crack team of Sub Division Seelam Pur, Delhi was having leads about Kamal @ Kamludin @ Bilal s/o Iqbal Gazi On 04.10.12, a specific information was received that Kamal @ Kamludin @ Bilal would come from Pusta Usman Pur via Pandushila service road to meet his associate in the area of Seelam pur, Delhi . On this information, a trap was laid. At about 9.30 AM, he came in Sentro Car No DL 3 C AQ5087 white colour and was apprehended after he hit a barricade , put in place to stop him from escaping .
INTERROGATION:
He is being interrogated and it has been revealed that he had also committed the murder of Akil @ Donn BC of Police Station Jafrabad on 24/9/12 alongwith his associates namely Nasir and others.
Further, it was also revealed that he had also been involved in the conspiracy to robbery in the area of PS Vivek Vihar in which reportedly 60 lakhs were robbed by him and his associates on the point of dreadful weapons .

At the instance of Kamaluddin, one Asif@Kasif@Chipra was taken in custody by the Police of P.S. New Usman Pur. Asif @ Kasif @ Chipra s/o Sh Mobin r/o K 266, New Seelam pur Delhi aged 22 years, driver by profession , unmarried , economically poor . Other involvements are being verified reportedly he is the right hand of BC Kamalludin and has several properties belonging to Kamalludin in his name .
Further investigation is in progress.

MAJOR HIGHLIGHTS:· Two Arrested in Kidnapping, rape of Children.
· Two cases solved (including rape cum Double Murder of Kids).
Three children were kidnapped and subjected to sexual assault in the area of PS Bhajanpura last week. Two of the victims happened to be brother and sister who were killed after sexual assault. The perpretors of this horrid criminal act had left behind no vital clues which could establish their identity. It was a wild goose chase in order to hunt them down. Sensing the gravity of the crime, a special team comprising SI Rakesh, W/SI Vandana, HC Balbeer, HC Kiran Pal, CT Jagdish, SHO Bhajanpura under the supervision of ACP/Gokal puri was formed and investigation was taken up.

TEAM AND OPERATION
During preliminary inquiry one girl aged 7 years and one boy aged 10 yrs respectively, informed that they too were separately attempted to be kidnapped on the same night by a young man, but he failed. This was a blind case of rape with only clue being that the rapist was under the influence of drug/intoxicant. The portrait of the accused was made with the help of boy. 4 Teams were constituted and 52 boys were apprehended and short listed to 3 persons on the basis of Portrait. Finally, as per the local intelligence collected the name of Mohd Sadab s/o Mohd. Munsee r/o Budh Bazar Road, Chajju Chowk, Jaiparkash Mohalla Usmanpur came up, and was reported roaming in that particular area and also that his appearance resembled the portrait. Mohd. Sadab was finally apprehended on 1/10/2012 from a Liquor shop near Khajuri Chowk. He was interrogated at length and his schedule of the day of incident i.e 26/9/2012, was taken. His movements were cross verified. During cross checking of schedule, the statement given by the suspect Mohd. Sadab was found to be entirely false. After sustained and scientific interrogation he broke down and confessed that he along with his friend Mohd. Mia s/o Nausurat r/o B-1477, Gali No.19, Sri Ram Colony, Khajuri Khas had committed this crime.
Teams were despatched and a massive hunt of Mohd. Mia was launched. After a lot of hard work, Mohd. Mia was also apprehended on the same day i.e on 1/10/2012. He has also confessed his guilt.
CONFESSION & MODUS OPERANDI
Both the accused persons disclosed that on the day of incident i.e. 26/09/2012 they had planned to kidnap & rape any child. As Mohd. Mia had he was not in a position to go in search of a victim therefore he stood near Nala while about 9:30 pm Mohd. Sadab went in nearby Gali No.5 at Gamri Extension and initially Kidnapped one girl of about 7/8 years but she started shouting and crying for help on which one boy came running towards him, after which Mohd. Sadab threw the girl and escaped from there. After 10/15 minutes he again tried to kidnap a boy aged about 10 years but he too resisted. Since Mohd. Shadab could not keep the child under his control and therefore left him. Thereafter, he went for another attempt and accidently he again caught the same boy who got himself released even the second time. As he was not able to kidnap and control an elder boy, Mohd. Sadab searched for a younger girl and at about 10 pm he again Kidnapped one girl Anju (name changed) of about 3 years old and took her to Mohd. Mia who was waiting for him at Nala of Gamri. Both of the accused took the girl towards 5th Pusta and after crossing the road went near “Kuradan” near Bijli Ghar, P.S Usmanpur which is a jungle area about ½ Kms. away from the place of abduction. Mohd. Sadab and Mohd Mia raped the girl child one by one and there after threw her in “Kuradan”.
Accused Mohd. Mia has also confessed his involvement in a kidnapping and murder of two children of boy Ikram (name changed) aged about 5 years and girl Ammeena (name changed) aged about 3 Yrs, from ‘F’ Block Khajuri Khas. Mohd. Mia disclosed that he and his associates named Irfan took the children to Yamuna Khadar Forest Usmanpur and after committing rape they had murdered them on 25/09/12.

Ø WANTED CHEAT ARRESTED.
A team of officers of Special Cell, led by Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar under the supervision of Sh. S. K. Giri, ACP, Special Cell has arrested an absconding cheat Sunder Lal Maloo. He is wanted in several cases of cheating.
Information was received by Inspr. Sanjeev Kumar that Sunder Lal Maloo wanted in several cases of cheating of Delhi is absconding and is having his hideouts in Maharastra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana and Delhi. Teams were sent to various places but success could not be achieved.
However, the teams worked meticulously and with perseverance, on 2.10.2012 specific information was received Sub-Inspr. Shiv Kumar that Sunder Lal Maloo is somewhere in the area of Andrews Ganj. On this information hotel, guest houses and other possible hideouts of the accused were checked. During checking it was found that he was staying with his wife in Dharamshala. He was arrested.
Sunder Lal Maloo was subjected to intensive interrogation. It was revealed that Sunder Lal Maloo sold his company “UNIVERSAL FINANCE TRADERS LTD.” to a businessman of Delhi in the year 2007. As per the agreement all the movable and immovable properties of this company were free from mortgage. When the new Directors of the company applied for the transfer of the flat in a commercial building at Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi (Property of this company) they came to know that this property is already under litigation. Sunder Lal Maloo knowingly and intentionally by misrepresenting and concealing the material facts cheated the businessman of Delhi. A case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered at PS Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.
Earlier in 2005, Sunder Lal Maloo had made an agreement to sell his company’s property (Ajay Roadways Pvt. Ltd.) Okhla, Phase – I, New Delhi to a businessman of Delhi for a consideration of Rs. 1,20,00,1000/-. He received Rs. 12,01,000/- for signing the agreement. When the businessman followed up with Sunder Lal Maloo for accepting the balance amount and complete the agreement he sought time after time on one or other pretext. The businessman then came to know that Sunder Lal Maloo has sold this property to another businessman. In this regard a case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered at PS EOW, Crime Branch.
It was further revealed that Sunder Lal Maloo was born in 1959 in Bikaner, Rajasthan. His father was a businessman and dealt in Edible Oil. He is a Commerce Graduate from Jain College, Bikaner. In the year 1989, he shifted to Delhi and started business of Jewellery in Okhla and also purchased a company “AJAY ROADWAYS PVT. LTD.”. In the year 1994, he purchased the ownership of Weekly financial newspaper namely “RUPEE GAIN” and became the Chief Editor of this newspaper. He closed the publication of this newspaper in 1998. He purchased a finance company in the name of “UNIVERSAL FINANCE TRADERS LTD.” in the year 1994. In the year 2002, he started a new Construction company namely “FIRST CITIZEN TECHNOLOGIES” and became Managing Director of it. This company is having its business in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Varanasi and Guwahati.
