Schüco Door Control System
The Schüco Door Control System (DCS) is a modular and flush-fitted door management system that is integrated into the door profile. It is unique due to the combination of its diverse application options for access control, door communication and emergency exit control with the uniform, timeless design. The system has already won the iF product design award and the red dot design award. Important for fabricators: The individual modules can be fitted with ease thanks to time-saving clip technology, while coded and prepared cables simplify the electrical installation. Moreover, DCS profiles and door fittings are perfectly tailored to one another.
A high degree of functionality and a choice of modules distinguish the Schüco Door Control System (DCS). It combines the three areas of emergency exit control, access control and door communication.
With the emergency exit control, the applicable guidelines for electric locking systems of doors in emergency exits and escape routes (EltVTR) are met. The conformance-tested emergency exit control consists of the modules for the key-operated switch, emergency button and accompanying sign, which are uniform in both size and design. All modules are integrated flush into the door profile.
In terms of access control, Schüco offers individual solutions for luxury homes and commercial buildings. A fingerprint reader, card reader and code keypad are available for this sector.
The door communication options consist of a video module, loudspeaker, microphone and call button. The DCS door communication modules can be combined in different ways to form an overall system: In addition to Schüco indoor intercom stations, the system can also be integrated with existing telephone systems or IP-based network solutions. Furthermore, the DCS system can be connected to the KNX-based building management system in order to unite all of the automation solutions in the building in one system. Additional modules such as movement sensors, proximity switches, LED spotlights, house numbers and call buttons complete the system.
