Veggies and Tomatoes

To grow vegetables easily and successfully, you will learn how to prepare the soil, what and when to grow as seeds and transplants, and how to avoid pests so that you can harvest from late spring through fall. You will also learn how to grow tomatoes so that you have ripe fruit early with no later green fruit later.

Pat Roome’s Veggie talks are in high demand throughout the Eastside. She is back in North Bend by popular demand. As a 42 year Master Gardener with a large garden in Bellevue in which she grows vegetables, flowers fruit trees, shrubs, and trees, Pat has taught horticultural topics in the community to many groups over the years. She also enjoys landscape design especially improving existing yards for more homeowner satisfaction with less maintenance.
