We are looking for graduates coming out of colleges who would be interested to learn the following:
· ITIL V3 and ServiceNow.com experience, and able to think through solutions of concepts
Ability to map out to ITIL process flows (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Configuration, Knowledge) and associated models into ServiceNow
· ServiceNow Implementation specialist and Admin certification
Location – Phoenix, AZ
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in MIS, Computer Science, or related)
• Must have taken software engineering, data structure, algorithm, database concept courses in bachelor degree curriculum.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
• Experienced in problem solving and able to follow a methodical implementation process.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities
