My name is Tim and I work at my own architecture firm called “Tim’s Dream Homes.” I will be designing a floor plan for the home of a famous celebrity. I need help finding the area of each room and a good location for the home. I have attached a data sheet that includes the rooms that the celebrity wants. It also has some information about the locations we are looking to build.
Can your team help me decide how you would determine the area for each room? Can you also help me decide on the best location for the home? Please write me a letter telling me how you would rank each home from best to worst. Can you tell me how you found the area for each room? In your letter, make sure you describe the process for both. Things to think about:
The celebrity may come back and decide to add or remove rooms. They may decide to look at other things in the neighborhood like police stations or how many of the homes have pets. Please keep this in mind.
