The Andalusia Junior Woman’s Club (AJWC) and its volunteers would like to thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our Sixth Annual Three Notch Market arts and crafts festival. Rich with tradition, history and arts, we would like to welcome you to the historic Farmer’s Market in downtown Andalusia.

The AJWC is a service organization, comprised of 40 women, that has been raising money for over 40 years in this community, providing financial support for schools, charities and other organizations. AJWC was founded in 1973 to serve the community by promoting civic activities and community improvements. All proceeds from annual fundraisers are funneled directly into local schools, charities and organizations.

Fees, Deadlines & Notification

3NM Vendor- There is a $60 booth fee and $10 application fee due with your completed application. If you need power or water, a $25 fee should be applied.

The application deadline is May 1, 2017. After this date a $25 late fee will be applied. You will be personally notified when your application is received and processed.

Rules & Regulations

§  An application accepted is your commitment for the market. NO REFUNDS will be made for any reason. In case of rain and cancelation of the event, the booth fee will be returned to the vendor.

§  Booth size is 12x12. One vendor per booth only; no sharing or subleasing.

§  Registration and set up begins at 7 am on Saturday, May 6. Booths must be ready by 8:30 am. The market will open to the public at 9 am and will run to 3 pm. Vendors may not break booths down until the close of the market.

§  Please unload your equipment as quickly as possible and move vehicles as soon as possible to allow other vendors to do the same.

§  Vendors must be in their booth for the entire day. Please plan to have relief for meal and bathroom breaks. AJWC members will be available throughout the day to help you if needed.

§  Vendors will bear the responsibility of setup and security needs for their booth. AJWC is not liable for damages or lost articles of any kind.

§  Generators are not allowed. If you need access to power or water, please indicate this need on your application. There will be a $25.00 fee for power.

§  Vendors are responsible for furnishing their own tents, tables, display racks, extension cords, water hoses, etc.

§  No pets allowed.

§  All sales tax will be the responsibility of the vendor (9.5%). You will be provided an RDS sales tax form that must be completed and returned at the end of the market.

§  Please park all vehicles in the reserved lot behind Century Link on Historical Central Street.

§  The AJWC reserves the right to remove a vendor from the market for conduct unbecoming to the AJWC, Three Notch Market or City of Andalusia.

§  Each vendor is responsible for following all Alabama Health Department rules and regulations as well as fire safety codes.

§  No alcohol allowed for sale or consumption.

§  Vendors are responsible for keeping your area clean. Please bag all trash and it will be removed throughout the day.

§  Upon receipt of your application, you will receive personal confirmation as well as further instructions.

By signing this application, the vendor does forever discharge the Andalusia Junior Woman’s Club, the City of Andalusia and all volunteers from all manner of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, from any injury, loss or damage to the vendor, vendor’s property or vendor’s employees while in the possession, supervision or auspices of the AJWC, the City of Andalusia or its volunteers. By signing this application, the vendor also agrees to the standards of this application and understands that the AJWC has the right or refuse any application for any reason.
