*Progress Reports are due to the IR office by May 1st. The entire division should review and discuss progress, and the division coordinator is responsible for the submission of the report.

*Review writers are to be selected by the division. The division coordinator should submit the writer’s name to V.P.A.A. by February 1st of the year prior to the review.
