Facility:Is an 8 lane, 25 yard pool using non-turbulent lane lines. Using Daktronics

timing system with touchpads with 8 lanescoreboard, using two button times for the 25 finishes. Watch timeswill be used for back-up. Full facility locker rooms and showers. Each team will beprovided an area in gym to set up "team camps", and bleacher seating for 200spectators will be provided; you may bring your own chairs, but there will be no camping in certain areas on the pool deck.

There will be a 4 lane warm down pool available for the afternoon session only

-absolutely NO backstroke allowed

Officials:YMCA officials will be needed and greatly appreciated. If any parents are interested

in officiating, please email Pam Birnbrich to indicate availability.

T-shirt:There will be a T-shirt vendor on-site

Entry Deadline:Friday, January16, 2015 by 9:00pm.

Entry Fees:Saturday events:$2.00 per event(no awards given)

Sunday events:$4.00 per individual event and $7.00 per relay.

Payment is due before start of the meet.

Entry Information:10 & under swimmers: may enter THREE(3) individual events and 1Relay.

11 & over swimmers: may enter up to FIVE(5) individual and 1 Relay, but

No more than 3 individual events per session

Submit entries withShort Course yard times. Please submit entries via email using

Hy-Tek Team Manager. Events for Team Manager available on our website at:

Deck entries will be accepted and must be received at least 30 minutes prior to the start of themeet by the Entry Chairperson at the computer table. NO new heats will be created

andentries will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The cost will be $8.00 per individualevent and $10.00 per relay.

If an entry error is made by the Host team, any affected swimmer(s) will have first priorityand be entered into an open lane. The entire event will NOT be reseeded.

Meet Procedure:This is a closed YMCA invitational. Swimmer's age as of December 1, 2014 will be

used to determine their age group. The USA Swimming handbook governs this

meet (with league modifications). All events are timed finals.

Fly-over starts may be used at the discretion of the meet Referee.

Teams will be assigned warm-up times and lanes

Session 311 & over swimmers

Warm-ups:Will start 30 minutes at the conclusion of morning session,

but not before 1:00pm

Meet starts:1 hour after start of warm-ups

Teams will be notified of afternoon start time after all entries are received and will

be assigned warm-up lanes.

Bullpen:There will be a bullpen for the 10 & under events ONLY.

Coaches Packet:A Coach's packet will be available before each session and may be picked up at the

Scorers table.

Only coaches are permitted to pick up team/individual awards.

Awards will NOT be passed out sooner than 30 minutes after conclusion of the day! Thanks for your patience.

Results:Results will be posted on the Delaware YMCA website and the SEOWV League website.

During the meet, results will be posted in hallway from gym.

Concessions:Breakfast, lunch, and dinner items will be available for sale in the Lobby.

Hospitality:There will be a hospitality room available for coaches and officials only, located behind starting blocks end of pool.

Vendor:We will have swim wear and equipment available for sale in Lobby.
