Dear fellow classic and vintage vehicle enthusiast!

I am writing to you once again to invite you to enter your vehicles and stalls into the Vintage and Classic vehicle display at the Southborough and High Brooms TS Brilliant Family Funday Sunday on 21st May 2017 and a second event a classic vehicle display at the Southborough & District Lions Club Gala Day on Sunday 25th June 2017 at Meadows School.

Southborough and High Brooms Family Funday Sunday 21st May on the Ridgewaye Playing Fields.

There will be a variety of competitions including:-

·  Lady and Car competition.

·  Car the Judge would most like to take home

·  Oldest combined age of “Man (or Woman!) and Machine”

All the usual fete stands and activities will be available all day including Autojumble.

You are requested to arrive on the day between 9.00 & 11.00am and leave after 4.00pm.

Southborough & District Lions Club Gala Day on Sunday 25th June at Meadows School on London Road, Southborough.

All the usual Gala Day stands and activities will be available on the day. You are requested to arrive on the day from 10am and all vehicles must be in place by 12 o’clock midday. Gates are open to the public from 1pm. The event will finish at 5pm approximately.

ENTRY FORMS:

Please find enclosed entry forms for each event for you to complete and return. Please feel free to photocopy them as required or let me know if you would like more forms.

If you would like us to reserve a space for you to sell Autojumble or other vehicle related goods, please complete the relevant section of the application form for the Funday event only.

You are requested to provide your own trestle table, gazebo, etc and to make an appropriate donation on the day. If you are an organiser of a Vehicle Club and would like a club stand, please complete the relevant section on the application form.
