As a Senior faculty (Asste Professor- AICTE grade) I was teaching HR and Laws in St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration from 01-01-2004. I was also a Placement Mentor and Press Officer in St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration from 01-01-2004 in addition to teaching( 5+ years). I was an editor for the business journal of our B School.

St. Joseph’s College of Business Administration is ranked as ‘A++’ grade B School (on par with a few IIMs) in a survey by Business India. National HRD Network recognized the college as the best academic institution in the area of Research projects (Three times).

The college had an international tie up with University of Central Oklahoma, University of Wisconsin and St. Joseph’s University, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. I had taken up a joint research on Knowledge Management and Performance Management with professors from University of Central Oklahoma and Wisconsin USA.

I was the coordinator for Management Development Program on ‘Positioning HR in Global Competition’ and on ‘Multinational Cross Cultural Diversity’. I was also a Coordinator in an international workshop on ‘Peri Urban Interface’ and ‘Rural Urban Cooperation’ at Bangalore. During my successful professional career in Industries I worked in Public sector BEML (known for system/policies), a MNC & Private sector process industries. I have dealt with HR management, counseling, building work culture, managing change, developing Entrepreneurship, wage negotiations, administration. I was editor for a house Magazine TRUCK TIDINGS in BEML.

My corporate experience is rich in quality and duration (more than 25 years) in PSU, Private Sector, MNC and in different levels including CEO of a unit. Teaching is my passion.
