Dear parents and guardians,

We, at ICSP, are excited to announce that we are planning an overnight ski/board/tubing trip to Asessippi on Tuesday, February 6th to Wednesday, February 7 th, 2018.

WE hope to encourage a lot of ICSP’s students to participate! This is an affordable overnight activity to include all ICSP students.

BASE PRICE ($50) includes:

- Hotel for one night- incl. pool/waterslide

- next morning breakfast

- 1)12” Subway sub, 1 cookie, 1 bag of chips and 1 drink for the trip home

- Bussing to and from Asessippi is included and paid by the school.

The Russell Inn will be providing us with accommodations where there are water slides and a hot tub to warm up in after a fun filled day at Asessippi. Students also have the option of skiing, snow boarding, tubing or just hanging out at the lodge. Additional costs to the trip

- Lifts passes for 2 days and rentals of either skis or snowboard: $91

- If you bring your own equipment =just a lift pass for 2 days: $45

- Tubing only for 2 days: $27

For any additional meals, students are to bring their own money. The rooms come with a fridge and microwave therefore, if the students want, they can bring their own food to cut any additional costs. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and at the ski resort.

We are hoping for 70% participation from our student body. We might need 1-2 chaperone , please fill in the bottom of the next page (can also be done online at time of payment) to let the organisers know (parents are chosen on a first come first serve basis.) We will contact you in January if you are needed.

We will require $50 non-refundable deposit (refunded if trip is cancelled only) to cover down- payment on the hotel. PLEASE MAKE YOUR ON-LINE DEPOSIT OF $50 & and CHECK THE PERMISSION BOX by Nov 27, 2017. The balance, if you choose to do other activities, is due Monday, January 15th , 2018.
