DETAILS OF TENDER ENQUIARIES/QUOTATIONS

Quotations are invited by the undersigned for purchase of following testing Equipments/Machines.

You are requested to submit your lowest quotations along with the catalogue together with the time of delivery for the following testing machines & equipments. The quotations for the imported & indigenous code should be submitted separately addressed to the undersigned so as to reach this office on or before 30.06.2011(4.30PM).

-: TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TENDER :-

1 / Quotations should be submitted complete with specifications details of accessories & literature in sealed covers.
2 / Quotations should reach this on or before 30.06.2011(4.30pm).
3 / The Origin of stores whether Indian or Foreign, the name of manufacturer & state in which it is manufactured, should be clearly stated against each item. Stores must be new and graded. The brand and make of all stores whatever offered, indigenous or imported, should be clearly stated.
4 / The prices quoted should be complete for each item including all charges and also including sales tax or vat as applicable and must be F.O.R., office of the MSME-Testing Station, Jaipur.
5 / It should specifically understood that the prices quoted by you should not be more than the prices quoted for the same items to the DGS&D. Govt. of India, New Delhi in the last three months.
6 / In case, your quotations are not according to all the above points, they are likely to be ignored.
7 / The Director, MSME-Development Institute, Jaipur reserve the right for rejecting the whole tender or any part of the tender portion of the quantity offered without any reason & not bound to accept whole tender or any part of the tender portion of the quantity offered.
8 / Training on upgraded/computerized UTM & Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester for testing to staff members of MSME-TS, Jaipur by you at free of cost.
9 / Minimum warranty period should have one year from the date of installation.
10 / After upgradation/computerization of above said UTM & Digital Rockwell Hardness Tester, test results should be at par with other specimen sent for inter lab comparison.
