AAEI’s Annual Conference & Expos provides a forum for trade service providers to reach decision making exporters and importers with new systems and products to facilitate supply chain logistics. AAEI is the leading trade association for technical expertise, and we have the latest information on a wide variety of topics, with some of the top experts in the industry. The 96th Annual AAEI Conference & Expo will be held June 20-22, 2017* in Austin, Texas at the JW Marriott Austin.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Host City Sponsorship
Host City Sponsorship: $5,150 (Hotel Key Card and Room Drop)
Welcome your colleagues to Austin, Texas! As they arrive to the host hotel, attendees will be given a personalized key card with your logo; and after the welcome reception there will be a room drop of your choice with a special note welcoming guests to the city!

Registration Sponsorships

“Premier” Mobile App Sponsor - $3,100 (Exclusive opportunity)

  • The exclusive sponsorship includes logo featured on a splash screen. Enhanced exhibitor profile, clickable banner, and (2) pre-scheduled alerts.

  • Be one of the five companies to have a customized banner ad that rotates throughout the app. Includes – Clickable banner, (2) pre-scheduled alerts

Enhanced Exhibitor Profile – $525 (3available)

  • Enhance your profile and become a featured exhibitor in the app directory.
    This advertisement features: Standard description and logo at the top of the directory, Video Feature, Downloadable Documents such as: product information, flyers, etc, Videos. Also includes one (1) pre-scheduled alert.

Sponsored Alert – $325 (multiple available)

  • Alerts are a great way to move attendees into action! Alerts can be used to announce prize drawings or discounts, product demonstrations, or anything you want to notify attendees about. Drive attendees to your booth with scheduled custom branded alerts!

Exhibit Hall Sponsorships

“Exhibit Hall Central –“Recharging Station” - $5,150 -

  • “Recharging Station”, and where all the attendees will gather to network, refresh and recharge their batteries after attending the conference sessions. Signage will be placed throughout the lounge, and your company logo will be the backdrop on the computers. You will also be welcome to place someone from your company at the recharging station for the duration for the conference if you so choose.

Exhibitor Passport - $2,600 (Exclusive opportunity)-

  • Participate in the fun and bring traffic to your booth! All attendees will receive a passport, which will have a list of all participating companies. Attendees must stop by the booth to get it stamped and the chance to win fabulous prizes!
