Coach of the Year Award(s)honors individual coaches for demonstrating his/her coaching excellence, significant and sustained client impact, and leadership in the coaching profession by adhering to the ICF competencies, ethics and core values of Integrity, Excellence, Collaboration and Respect.

Please use this form to submit your candidate for the Coach of the Year. The Nominator, the Coach and the Client will each fill out a section of the form and send to Brenda Hastings at by February 19, 2015.
