If 3 tenants on a lease
Based on $400/Monthly Installment for each tenant....
Option 1 – (Discount to $368/mo.) $368/mo = $4,416 annual rent... If paid in full on June 1, 2018 Total due will be $4,416. (Total savings of 8% =$384)
Option 2 –(Discount to $380/mo.) - $4,560 paid in three installments....
1st installment $1,520 due June 1, 2018....
2nd installment $1,520 due August 1, 2018....
3rd installment $1,520 due November 1, 2018....
(Total savings of 5% =$240)
Option 3 - If you elect to pay in twelve installments the rentwill be $400 due on the 1st of every month....
If 2 tenants on a lease
Based on $600/Monthly Installment for each tenant....
Option 1 – (Discount to $552/mo.) $552/mo = $6,624 annual rent... If paid in full on June 1, 2018 Total due will be $6,624. (Total savings of 8% =$576)
Option 2 –(Discount to $570/mo.) - $6,840 paid in three installments....
1st installment $2,280 due June 1, 2018....
2nd installment $2,280 due August 1, 2018....
3rd installment $2,280 due November 1, 2018...
(Total savings of 5% =$360)
Option 3 - If you elect to pay in twelve installments the rentwill be $600 due on the 1st of every month....
**if paying by Credit Card add 4% onto any payment.

If any of the above payment options are deposited after the 4th of any month there is a $30 penalty plus $4 per day late feeafter the 4th....
Each Tenant may elect any one of the three options; all Tenants are not obligated to choose the same Option of Payment.
Tenant shall function as a family unit and is jointly and severally liable for damages and rents. It is expressly understood that each Tenant assumes, as joint and several obligation, the payment of the total rent due upon the premises as set forth in the Lease.
Note: All payments must be made payable to Tower Realty 3, LLC. Payments must be made via email through QuickBooks online invoicing.
