Boundary / Topographical Surveys

Mr. Burget was responsible for providing the design firm with the existing property lines, utility locations, contours, and all topographical features within a designated distance from the property lines. All of this information was presented to the design firm through computer aided drafting (CAD). I would spend time with each design firm in order to familiar myself with their CAD standards. Each survey would be setup in the proper standards in order to achieve the most efficient transfer from survey data to the design product. The design firm would not have to waste any time or money in converting the survey to their standards. Also included in my topographical surveys is a DTM (digital terrain file) which would allow the designer to produce profiles and cross sections anywhere on the entire site at the time of receiving the survey.
