1. Login to eduphoria! and click on “Workshop”
2. All eCourses are listed in the eCourses category. Also, the GT-specific courses are listed under the GT eCourses category. Click on a category to access available courses.
3. Click on the course you wish to take.
4. Click the Register button at the top of the screen to enroll in the course
5. Click OK
6. Click OK. You will now enter the Course.
7. For instructions on how to get back to eCourses in which you are enrolled, see the end of this document.
8. The first page of the course will show you the basic overview of the course. Click on Course Content to access all learning materials and assignments. Click on Instructor Notes to read any notes the instructor may have posted for the course participants. Click on Discussion to access the discussion board for the course. More instructions for using the Discussion Board are below.
9. Course Content: this is the tab where you will spend all or most of your time while taking this course. You will see the Chapters you must complete listed with a globe icon.
10. Click View to access the chapter materials. The course will consist of information pieces as well as activities and assessments.

11. When viewing a chapter, you can change between topics and assessments using the selections on the left or the arrow buttons in the upper right.
By clicking on the top button to View Topic Files, you can then click on any attached file to open it.
12. After viewing the topics, you can then take any practice or graded assessments. At the end of each activity or assessment, click the button located at the bottom right of the screen. Once you submit for scoring, you will not be able to edit your work. Practice assessments will inform you that they are only for practice and will not be graded. They will also show you the answers when you score them. However, graded assessments will lock your answers when you score them and will then be reviewed by the instructor. Once a chapter is completed, you can close that window and proceed to the next chapter.
As chapters are completed, the icon will change from the globe to a green check mark.
12. The Course Discussion tab allows participants to respond to instructor questions and interact with other participants in a virtual environment. Attendees can reply to an existing discussion thread or create a new discussion topic. New threads and replies are clearly visible and can be sorted from oldest to newest or newest to oldest by clicking on the wrench icon. Selecting the calendar with the starburst icon will opendiscussions in a new window.
13. Once you have completed all chapters, you will see a new button at the top of the screen that says Request Credit. When you hit this button, your instructor will now be able to review all of your assignments and either choose to grant or deny credit. Any credits you earn from an eCourse will automatically be applied to your Workshop portfolio.
To return to an eCourse you are taking:
Click My Portfolio on the left side of the main Workshop screen. You will see all courses, both eCourses and regular courses, for which you are enrolled. All eCourses have the globe icon, so they are easy to spot. Click on the name of the course to return to the course content.
You must access your eCourses through your portfolio and NOT the course registration screen.
