PREPARATION

1.The ZX-800 was preset for the voltage in your country. To check the voltage setting, please look at the voltage ring on the back of the analyzer. Next to the voltage for your location, there should be a notch in the ring. If the ring is set incorrectly, please turn the ring so the notch is toward the voltage for your country. The incorrect voltage setting can damage the ZX-800.

2. Plug the A/C cord provided into the back of the ZX-800 and then into a voltage regulator/surge suppressor.

3.Turn on the power switch. The ZX-800 should boot up to the primary menu. The instrument must be turned on for at least an hour before running samples.
