Dear Potential Exhibitor,

Zonta, a local chapter of the International Service Group by the same name, is presenting this One Day Annual Event to fund new and ongoing community service projects. No Admission Fee will be charged for the public nor will they pay for parking. Hayrides, corn maze, children’s games, foods prepared on the premises as well as Wrapped Baked Goods, and a wide diversity of Crafts and Antiques for sale will bring out the public. Zonta reserves the rights to sell foods and beverages on the premises unless exhibitors have pre-approval for such sales. Papa’s Pumpkin Patch reserves the rights to sell pumpkins.

LOCATION: Papa’s Pumpkin Patch 3909 South Summerton Rd, Mt. Pleasant, MI

(1 mile east of the City on the corner of Broomfield and Summerton)

HOURS: Saturday, September 23, 2017 – Setup at 7:00 AM; Applefest Hours 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM

SPACE RENTAL: All marked areas in the mown field will be 14 by 14 feet. Crafters may rent 1 whole space, a space and a half or two whole spaces. See attached sheet for costs.

CONTRACT DUE: September 17, 2017 – Fill in the attached sheet and mail in.

ZONTA WILL:

Furnish the contracted space (no tables or electric included).
Publicize the event locally and state wide.
Reserve the right to deny contracts if exhibits are not of high quality.
Provide parking other than at the exhibit site, nametags, and a beverage of choice from our food tent.
NOT be responsible (nor will Papa’sPumpkin Patch) for any injury or loss or legal action that may arise or come to the exhibitor or his employees, his goods or property or to the public from any cause whatever while said space is being occupied under this agreement.
In the event of natural disaster (fires, flood, etc.) or if in the judgment of Zonta the show should not be held, the lease agreement shall terminate and the exhibitor waives any claims for damages except the return of the rental fee.
Provide a space allocation map and parking instructions upon receipt of the rental fee.

EXHIBITORS WILL:

By law, file a 6% Michigan Sales Tax Return.
Exhibit articles of the highest quality.
Agree that no alcoholic beverages be consumed on the premises.
Leave all rental space as clean as it was found by 5:30 PM. (NOTE: We have had a problem with this in past years!)
Provide own insurance. You must waive any and all claims for personal injury, personal damage, medical expenses, costs, lawsuits, fees, etc., howsoever incurred against Zonta or Papa’s Pumpkin Patch
Have display ready by 9:30 AM on September 23, 2017.
Optional: From 4:00 to 5:30 PM the afternoon before the Applefest, there will be time to setup (previously arranged with the Crafts Chair, T. Domina (989) 774-5587 or ). We cannot provide securityfor Friday evening at the Orchard, so make your own decision on this matter. It would help us out with the lineup of Crafters on Sat. AM and with the setting up of your exhibits.
