Sealed tenders are being invited from reputed manufacturers and their authorized dealers/distributors for supply and installation of split/window ACs and following items for our existing and upcoming Branches in Delhi-NCR [viz. Delhi, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Mewat, Rewari and nearby areas], whenever required.
The rates quoted should be inclusive of Freight, VAT and Service Tax etc.

The validity period of offered rates should be upto 30th September, 2014.
The bidders should clearly mention make of the ACs, Copper pipe, electrical wire, drain pipe etc to be supplied free with each Split AC, along with other terms/ conditions including warranties/ guarantees.
Bidders should quote their rates inclusive of all taxes, freight, loading-unloading etc at the branch site.
Sealed offers, super scribing name of work and firm’s name, may be submitted at Zonal Office, Delhi-NCR at our address given above during office hours up to 19/02/2014.
