OFFICIAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all interested citizens of Dubuque, County, Iowa, that on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 6:00 P.M., at the Emergency Services Training Facility, 14928 Public Safety Way (off Seippel Road), Dubuque, IA, a Public Hearing will be held on a proposed amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map of Dubuque County, Iowa, which could, if approved, change the hereinafter described property and real estate from one zoning classification to another to wit:

The applicants are requesting to rezone from A-1 Agricultural to R-1 Rural Residential 9.0 acres

more or less, to plat off the property and allow the daughter to build a home. The property,

located 0.49 miles South of the city of Dubuque along North Cascade Road, is legally

described as part of the E ½ of Lot 1 of the SE 1/4 SE ¼ in Section 4, (T88N, R2E) Table

Mound Township, Dubuque County, Iowa.

ZC# 07-09-14 William Puccio & Heather Mueller C-1 to R-2

The applicants are requesting to rezone from C-1 Conservancy to R-2 Single Family Residential

a total of 2.64 acres more or less, to allow for an addition to be added to the current home

and to sell the second parcel to allow a home to be built. The property, located

0.46 miles West of the city of Sherrill along South Mound Road, is legally described as Lot 2-1

of the SE SE in Section 14, (T90N, R1E) Jefferson Township, Dubuque County, Iowa

and Lot 1 of Baxter & Haberkorn Sub in Section 24, (T90N, R1E) Jefferson Township,

Dubuque County, Iowa.
