Since June, 2009, served as Interim Executive Director at YWCA Northwest Louisiana and after thorough analysis, recommended liquidating assets to pay long term debt. I have continued to work with the Association as the board of directors reinvents the agency and identifies programmatic direction.

Conducted a thorough analysis for the YWCA Peoria, IL and created a work plan to guide the board in restructuring the Association. I met with community leaders, donors, and United Way to determine community support for the YWCA and made recommendations based on the information gathered.
