I write in response to your request for information received by the Council on 30 March 2017.
In your request you asked to be provided with information in relation to the following:
Please can you confirm the hourly rate that will be payable to service users in receipt of a direct payment as of April 2017?
Individuals open to our adults social care service receiving a direct payment, will receive a personal budget for their funding basedon an assessment of their eligible needs.
We therefore do not have an hourly rate payable for Direct Payments as the overall personal budgets people receive will varyalongside the needs of each individuals we support.
