(include goals and conditions in activity tasks) / Extend / Refining - Cues & Questions / Organization
(diagram or explain)
  1. Fitness Gamble. One student pulls a card with an activity on it, another student rolls a dice. Odd #’s designate a certain # of repetitions and Even #’s designate a different #.
5 Minutes / Students decide activities / How to perform certain fitness activities (demo) / Students scattered around the room inside boundary lines.
  1. Get with 1 classmate toe to toe. # each other 1 and 2. We will meet to discuss the proper techniques for dribbling at a low level. They will get a partner and play dribbling croquet. One person will get a ball and everyone will go stand next to their partner in self space. The player without the ball will spread their feet and the dribblers will dribble the soccer ball around the gym and through the feet of the standing players, careful not to bump anyone and cautious to control the ball after sending the ball through someone’s feet.
