When you submit your application, please be prepared to sign up for an individual interview and one of the group process sessions. Group Process

Group Process is another aspect of our selection process. It is designed to assess how well a candidate can follow directions and work with others in a group. In addition, it allows our department to spend time getting to know you better; as well as, a time for you to gain more information about the RA position. This is mandatory for each candidate to attend in order for you to continue in the interview process. Please sign-up for the group process of your choice at Student Development upon turning in your application. The dates and times are listed on the second page of the application. The student worker in Student Development will be able to assist you with the sign-up process.There is limited spaces for both dates, so be sure to sign up early if your time is not flexible.
