Yeletskaya Vneshnetorgovaya Company LLC is production-logistic company established in March 2013. The company is situated in Yelets, Lipetsk region at the territory of YeletsGidroAgregat and it is a resident of industrial park Sozidatel. Quantity of employees is 33 person.

Manufacturing
One of the most important types of company activity is manufacturing of skived and roller burnished cold drawn and welded tubes for manufacturing of bodies of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
Skived and roller burnished tubes for hydraulic systems have the following characteristics:
- high mechanical strength and they are able to carry very big loads;
- long life and wear resistance
- stable characteristics of internal and outside surfaces (diameter, straightness, roughness).
We are using skived and roller burnished cold drawn and welded tubes made of E355+SR high quality steel according to EN 10305-1 (DIN 2391), EN 10305-2 standards. Internal surface of the tubes is skived and roller burnished that provides requested requirements.

Assembly of Komatsu, Caterpillar, JCB, Hitachi, Volvo, Hyundai excavator and bulldozer caterpillar tracks according to technology. Processing of joint surfaces of the chains and shoes, tightening of bolts and nuts with rotational moment corresponding to the norms.
All production is packed and placed on the pallets after the inspection. Packing material is air bubble film securing high protection level.
