  1. Sealed Tender for the supply of the articles shown in the attached statements are invited by the undersigned up to ______(Date) by ______P.M. by Hand /Registered Post only. Tender should be sent under strong sealed cover by addressing the Principal, JawaharNavodayaVidyalaya, Doimukh , P.O. Doimukh Dist. Papumpare (Arunachal Pradesh) – 791112. The Tender packet is also to be marked as Tender for supply of ______and not by name. The Tender will be opened on25-04-2017 by 10-00 A.M. at Office of the Principal, JNV Doimukh, Dist. Papumpare.
  2. The Tender shall be submitted according to the terms & conditions specified in paragraph 3 to 21 as specified. In the event of non-compliance the Tender is liable to be rejected / cancelled.
  3. The rate should be F.O.R. and should include the Excise duty, Sale Tax , VAT, Freight charges, any other taxes rates or impositions whatever liable in respect of the supply. The Tenderer should havecurrentRegistration Number, Sell Tax Number and Income Tax Payee Certificates/Valid Trading License etc . The Vidyalaya shall not be liable to pay any Tax, Freight charges etc. which has beenexpressly stipulated in the Tender in the event of acceptance of theTender.
  4. The Parties have to quote their rateseither on their Firm’s Pad or on the Tender items list paper asgiven to you with the Tender paperand there should not be any overwritting in the Tender. If a figure isto be amended it should be neatly scored out the revise figure should be writtenabove and the same should be attested with full signature and date. In the absenceof attested signature the Tender is liable to be rejected.
  5. Theundersigned doesnot bind himself to accept the lowest Tenderand reserve the right to accept the Tender in whole or in part i.e. withrespect to all articles mentioned in the attached statements or in respectof anyone or more than one articles specified in the attached statementsas he may decide.
  6. Onacceptance of the Tender, there will be aContractAgreementandshall be bound to the terms and conditions with the Supplier.
  7. Submityour Tender Paper’s Price ListforVegetablesseparately i.e. fromJuly-2017to November-2017and December- 2017 to April - 2018. Enclose experiance Certificates if any.
  8. A market survey has already been done based upon the local market from our Vidyalaya level concerned to the tendering items for Vegetables and Non-Veg items. At the time of the opening of the Tender, the same will be the reference rate of the market price.
  9. ThePerson/ Persons whose Tender is accepted, hereafter, called the Contractor,shall deposit an earnest money of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five thousand only) along with the Contract Agreement which shall berefundedat the end of the Tender Session. The earnest money shouldbe deposited through demand draft in favour of the Principal, JNVDoimukh, Dist. Papumpare,payable at SBIDoimukhBrach (Code No. 06892) Arunachal Pradesh. Theearnest money will be forfeited in the event of failure to comply with thecontract. In the event of the Tender the earnest money will be adjustedtowards security deposit which shall be payable at the rate mentionedbelow:-

Security Deposit at 10%

If the contract is notagreeable to pay security deposit, the reason thereof should be specified andthe undersigned will reserve the right to accept or reject the request.

  1. If theContractor fails to supply the articles within the stipulated time as mentioned in theletter of acceptance by the supplier, the undersigned shall be atliberty to purchase the articles from the market to get the rest of theContract completted by any other person or firm and the difference ofprice if any,it shall be deducted from the earnest money/ securitydeposit and in case any amountinaccess of the security deposit is paid by the undersigned the Contrctorshall be liable to pay this amount.

  1. Quantityof articles indicated in the attached statements may be increased ordecreased at the discretion of the undersigned without assigning anyreason. In case an order for any article is placed for quantity 100 ormore, one sample shall be retained by the School and no cost will be paidfor the same.
  2. Prior toacceptance of the Tender, the undersigned reserves the right to call forsample or demonstration and the Contractor shall be liable to supply thesample or give the demonstration free of cost.
  3. In theevent of the acceptance of the Tender and placing of the order forpurchase the articles ordered for purchase would be subjected to aninspection by the undersigned or his representative and are liable to berejected if the articles supplied, are not according to approved samples ordonotconfirmed to the specification prescribed.
  4. Therates quoted by the Contractor shall hold upits validity w.e.f. July– 2017 to April-2018.No amendment against the quoted rates will be accepted in any circumstances during the entire the Tender Session.
  5. Theamount of Security Deposit shall be retained by the Vidyalaya forthe entire periodof the contract tenure as a safeguardmoney againstthe contract. The Tender which does not comply with the above conditions are liable tobe rejected.
  6. The TenderInvitation Form is to be signed by the Contractors andreturn the same along with the Tender Paper.
  7. Evenafter acceptance of the tender the undersigned reserves the right toprocure the Items from the Govt. Firms/ undertakings.
  8. The Contractors have to supply the ordered items in good quality by delivering the same at the Vidyalaya premises for which no extra freight and no part payment will be entertained for supplying the goods. Further, if the Vidyalaya is shifted to its permanent site i.e. at Gumto Village, then the suppliers have to supply their items at the Vidyalaya premises at Gumto and Vidyalaya will not pay any extra freight charge for the said purpose.
  9. The payment will be made to the concerned Party / Firm by Cheques / Draft against its name only in which the Tender is applied for. In no case the payment will be released to any other name in this regard. Hence, the Tender willing parties are asked to open the Bank Account in the name of their party / Firm concerned in this regard.
  10. If sufficient Tender is not found at the of opening of the Tender, i.e. minimum 03 (Three) Tender parties in any concerned items, the said tender is to be treated as cancelled and the further steps will be taken as per the decision of the PAC (Purchase Advisory Committee) JNV Papumpare.
  11. If it is found that the rate for a particular item quoted as the same rate by more than one party, then the offer will be given to that party only which is having maximum number of items quoted as the lowest including that particular item also.
  12. Thesealed Tender should invariably contains:-

(i)CurrentIncome Tax/ AGST certificate from the

Competant Authority.(Exempted for Veg and Non-Veg items)

(ii)Valid Trading License for supply

(iii)Quoted Ratelist as well as duly signed tender form.
