  2. Sander moves to approve minutes, Maggio seconds, motion passed
  1. Treasurer report present by Loreck
  2. 2 CD’s: $1,118, and $1062.69
  3. Will expire soon, little interest gained
  4. Due to low interest payments, we will let the CD’s expire and keep the money accessible in checking accounts
  5. As a 501C6, we need to verify if we need to have an audit completed or not
  6. Checking account balances: $4,185.52, $3,374.13
  7. Sander moves to approve Treasurer’s report, Miller seconds, motion passed
  1. Conference Training Topics (Monday October 12 – Wednesday October 14)

  10. Must get out of State travel approval far in advance
  11. Get prices for airline tickets and email Executive Committee prices for approval
  12. Pay for tickets and get refunded by WWMA Treasurer
