WORKING THE ARENA.

  1. First you must register at Select the tab that says New Volunteer. Provide as little information as possible. They will need your email, address, phone and DOB.
  2. Complete the Alcohol Training (RCS Training)
  3. What do you need?
  4. Black pants – NO JEANS
  5. Black shoes – Preferably slip resistant
  6. Lock – If you would like to put your stuff securely in a locker please bring a lock with you. You will NOT be able to bring personal items to the stand.
  7. Jewelry – they will ask you to remove all jewelry except wedding rings and post earrings.
  8. Make sure you have taken the Alcohol test and your confirmation has been sent to .
  9. You will receive two emails stating that we are sharing a link. This link provides the schedule that has available dates to work. Please let you team coordinator know the dates.
  10. Normal check-in is 2 ½ to 3 hours before the event but always check the schedule.
  11. Magic Games & Most Concerts - Parking for Lot 7 or in the past known as Lot U at the Citrus Bowl. 441 to South Street, parking lot is a chain link fenced area with green privacy netting. You will see employees directing you in and where to park.
  12. Proceed to the Shuttle buses, ride the bus over to the arena (you will be dropped off one block west of the actual entrance.
  13. Solar Bear Games & Some Concerts – Parking is in the GEICO garage across from the Arena. Please be sure to tell them you are working for a NON-PROFIT Future Rebels you should NOT have to pay. Exit the parking garage and walk across the street.
  14. Chapman Lot is a block West from GEICO – this is a temporary lot while Citrus Bowl is under construction.
  15. Enter the security area (they do look in purse and bags) and recently added metal detectors. We HIGHLY suggest that you do not bring valuables unless you bring a lock.
  16. Once through security look to your right and go to the desk let them know you are here to work for the Future Rebels. They will give you a badge.
  17. Now, turn to the left and you will see three computers. Scan the badge you just recently and select check in.
  18. Turn to the right, go through the doors and on the left will be a stair case. Take the stairs to the 3rd floor “Terrace Level”.
  19. After getting off the elevator 3rd Floor turn left and go to section T105 stand is called Pinstripes UNLESS you are working a SOLAR BEARS GAME this is a different stand please check the website calendar for the stand most likely T108 or T112..
  20. Upon reaching the stand, please check-in with either the Lead Inventory or Lead Cashier and give them your ID card received at check-in.
  21. You will need to sign Exhibit F and the Funds assignment sheet and receive a shirt.
  22. EVERYONE is expected to work a cash register and to clean.
  23. Remember check-ids to be sure the one(s) you are service alcohol to is 21 or older the dates can be tricky so really pay attention.
  24. Remember if anyone asks we are working for the Future Rebel non-profit organization and all proceeds go to benefit the players of the organization not us individually.
