CENTRAL 5K MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Purpose: To honor the memory of local residents of Central School District and to assist our graduating students in their pursuit of their chosen career field. The 2011Central 5K Memorial Scholarship is dedicated to the memory of GARRETT WILKING.
Criteria for Selection: The scholarship selection will be based on grade point average and ACT,School and Community
involvement, Central 5K participation(volunteer or racing) in the 2010 race, and essay questions. All CentralHigh School students are welcome to apply.

Award: A Scholarship Certificate will be awarded at the Scholarship Awards Night. Upon proof of enrollment,a check will be given with the name of the college/university and the student’s name.
Due Date:Return the application to the guidance office by April 1.
