1.Vilafonte Series M 2010 - $56.00

Series M 2010 displays a deep, dark red to black colour. The nose is vibrant with warm flavours. Primary nuances include inviting blueberries, black cherry preserve and cocoa powder which fills the glass. This spectacular ‘Series M’ has a beautiful brightness to it, showing hints of caramel, fruitcake and spice. The wine is singular in approach, with great concentration and a lovely plush mid-palate, smooth and seamless with a long finish.Varieties: 49% Merlot, 30% Malbec, 21% Cab Sauvignon

2.Charles Melton Father-in-Law Shiraz 2009 - $38.00

Charles Melton Wines is one of the premium winery of the Barossa Valley, South Australia. At Charles Melton Wines, great emphasis is placed on the quality of the fruits. All grapes are dry grown and harvested from the winery’s own 50 acres land. This Shiraz has coffee mocha notes on the nose that sweeten up in the glass. Rich, plump mid palate with savoury falvours.

4.Warwick Trilogy 2009/2010– Price: S$38.00

The wine displays an intense ruby red colour in the glass. The bouquet is reminiscence of cherries, blackcurrants and has tones of dark chocolate. The palate is full bodied with firm but silky tannins. Decanting is recommended to express the true essence of this Bordeaux blend. Varieties: 60% Cab Savignon, 29% Can Franc, 11% Merlot.

  1. Warwick First Lady 2008 - $29.00

This wine is blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon and 40% merlot. It has a deep and intense crimson colour. The nose shows ripe black berry compote and cherry tobaccobouquetand then follows through with dark chocolate and very subtle cinnamon in the background. The supple, ripe, polished tannins make this wine easy to drink while still retaining a full body. The balance acid creates a firm finish that is completed by a lingering sweetness.

  1. Cederberg Shiraz 2012 – Price: S$49.00

A complex Shiraz filled with intense red fruit, mulberry and cherries on the nose. Well-balanced with elegant oaking expressing hints of sweet spice and vanilla. Red berries follow through on the palate

and finishes off with a smooth lingering sensation. A well-crafted Shiraz that allows you to cellar the wine for a few years developing into a sensational wine.

White Selection

1 Tokora Zondernaam Sauvignon Blanc 2014 – Price: $29.00

Subtle herb and gooseberry aromas, with hints of capsicum and green figs. Citrus flavours are evident on the palate, which are full bodied, dry and juicy with hints of Sancere minerality on the finish.

3Warwick Professor Black Sauvignon Blanc 2014 – 29.00 ( new vintage)

This wine shows an abundance of fig, passion fruit, gooseberry, grape fruit and limes aromas that carrythrough the palate. The mouth free is crisp, yet rich and fruity. The well-balanced acid and lingering aftertaste will make you come back for more.
