Painting Regulations / Requirements & Suggestions
An ACR must be filled out and approved before applying any paint to the exterior of the home.
The ACR must list the Paint Company, The Paint Color, and The Corresponding number for the Paint. Also list what part or parts of the house’s exterior you are painting.
Your choice of color for the main body of the house cannot be the same as the houses on either side of your house.
Use only Paints and the corresponding numbers from the approved paint palette.
Garage and the side doors will be painted to match the main exterior house color.
No work shall commence without a signed letter or e-mail notificationof approval from the property management company.
Please put the name of the Painting Contractor / Company.
When picking your colors please be sure to take into consideration the color of your roof.
Front door colors should compliment the exterior of the house.
Please put your e-mail address on the application. Including your e-mail address will be the quickest way for approval or to have any questions from the Committee L.P.M. or the Board answered.
Express approval for the ACR should take approximately 7 to 10 days .
Any ACR that will require board approval could take 4 to 6 weeks.
