Wickersley Learning Community - February half term holiday provision
The Schools in the Wickersley Learning Community work together to subsidise the holiday provision which is offered throughout the school year. Here is information regarding holiday provision in February 2015 for children and young people from the current Year 1 upwards.
There isn’t a registration form accompanying this letter as all holiday provision is now available to purchase through an online shop accessed via this web address then click on “Parents”; then “Your Child” then “Holiday Provision” where you will find this letter and a big blue “Parent Pay” button. Clicking on the blue button will take you to the Holiday Provision Shop where you will need to use the drop down arrows, indicating the school year of the child and the amount payable. Ensure that you check the dates of the provision on the shop and put them in your calendar. Also please make sure all information boxes are completed or ticked. If your child’s school uses ParentPay for school meals, trips etc, this is a completely separate web page and cannot be accessed through your child’s school’s usual Parent Pay account.
If your son or daughter is a pupil at Wickersley School and Sports College they will not receive a letter setting out the activities as they have done through primary school; you will receive a text message to remind you that provision is available and the holiday provision will be discussed during form group time.
If your son/daughter is eligible for Free School Meals or has been eligible for free school meals in the last 6 years, please pay the lower cost of activities, which is £4.00 per day for provision delivered at Wickersley School & Sports College. The prices of the holiday provision have risen this year to reflect the rising costs of theputting on the provision.
If you are having difficulty booking on to activities via the website please contact me on the number/email below and I will be able to help you to register. Places on the provision are limited, so book early to secure your child’s place. I will be checking the registers daily and you will be informed if your son/daughterhas NOT secured a place and a refund will be arranged.
