What: After school weight lifting
Where: WJH football field house
When: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays 2:30-4:30
Description: Meet in Coach Coggins’ room (209) MTRF immediately after school. We will talk briefly about our daily workout beginning at 2:25 and walk down to weight room. We will record basic body measurements, measure speed parameters, and general athletic ability with the express purpose to increase lagging areas. Individuals will make personal goals for short and long-term. Although attendance is not mandatory, work out partners will be assigned based on similar strengths/goals and absences not only hurt the individual not present, but also the partner that is relying on them to get better every day. If you absolutely must miss a day, let Coach AND your partner know before the end of the day.
**Must have a physical on file before participating! Not a problem if you played a sport this year.**
