Best Practice in Collaboration Across Government Agencies

  1. Projects, programs and initiatives being nominated need to have commenced within the last year, or been significantly amended in the last year, or the nomination needs to focus on the outcomes within the last year (for a previously established projects, program or initiative).

  3. Please do not exceed the maximum page limit per criteria (additional pages will not be accepted by the judging panel).
  4. Please respond and submit only the assessment criteria permitted in this form. Additional information can be electronically submitted in ONE separate supporting document (up to 5MB in size) and uploaded to the Online Entry Form along with this Assessment Criteria at

C1.Describe how the nominee has shown an active use of innovative best practice in their sector through their initiative, program or project (maximum 2 pages).
