Terms and Conditions

Neither the Wellington Carnival nor any associated organisations are offering liability insurance for this event. All stallholders and entrants to the parade should consider seeking such insurance independently.

Stallholders should provide their own tables, chairs, gazebo’s, etc.

Stallholders must abide by the Committee’s requests to ensure that we all have an opportunity to sell or liaise with the public in a business like way. Food outlets should be prepared to provide Food Hygiene certificates, amusement devices should be prepared to provide Amusement Device Inspection Procedures Scheme Certificates (ADIPS) and all stalls should be prepared to provide Risk Assessments on request.

Stallholders must ensure that any additional vehicles are moved away from the stall by 1.00pm, and are not returned until 5.00pm, unless by arrangement with the Committee.

All litter and rubbish must be cleared away after the event, with stall areas left clean and tidy.
