Google deleting controversial sites

Interesting article which discusses how the French and German Googles have quietly deleted anti-Semitic, pro-Nazi or white supremacist listings from their search result listings.

Great for libraries and organizations which need to develop a business plan. Ths site provides access to sample plans, offers tips on writing plans, as well as ideas on starting a business and marketing.

What with writer's workshops and programs such as Writers on the Road, it is no wonder that libraries are a great source of information for budding writers and aspiring authors. Blood at the Source is aimed at myastery writers, with a section devoted to libraries as information sources (see the Taming the Librarian link!). Writers monthly is a more general site with interviews, links to resources and works published. Thanks to George Eraclides for these sites.

The Internet for Civil Engineers is a self-described "knowledge portal" aimed at students of civil engineering and professionals. It provides information on the latest news, career developments, online tools and links to a range of web resources on civil engineering.

Australian Dance Collection

The Australian Dance Collection is a directory of Australian dance resources in various research collections in Australia. Access information on artistic directors, choreographers and dancers along with dance companies, dance festivals and dance productions. Each of
