We have exciting news to share with you! Beginning September, 2017, your reimbursement benefit will be administered by WageWorks, a leading provider of consumer-directed benefits in the United States. This communication informs you of upcoming activities that may affect you during this transition.

Important Transition Information

Prior Plan Year Accounts (09/01/2016- 08/31/2017) / Ø  You will continue to submit claims and receive reimbursements from Choice Strategies through the run out period and grace period, if applicable. Visit: https://www.choicestrategies.com to access your account.
Ø  If you have a Choice Strategies debit card, it will remain active through August 31, 2017. If you have an FSA and DCA with the 2 ½ month grace period, your card will remain active through November 15th, 2017.
Ø  If your plan has a carryover feature that allows you to carryover up to $500 to the next plan year, these carryover dollars will be added to your new takecare by WageWorks account approximately 45 days after prior year run out ends if they have not yet been used by that point.
New Plan Year Accounts (09/01/2017- 08/31/2018) / Ø  Take care by WageWorks will begin administration of your 2017 plan(s).
Ø  You will receive a new takecare by WageWorks Debit Card approximately 10 business days after your enrollment is processed.
Ø  Access your new online account with WageWorks by visiting: www.takecarewageworks.com click on the “Participant Account” button and select “New User Registration” to create unique WageWorks credentials.
Ø  Submit your new claims to WageWorks using any of the following methods:

Will I receive a Debit Card?

If you have enrolled for a healthcare account for the new plan year and your plan is eligible for a debit card, you will receive a WageWorks Healthcare card approximately 10 business days after your enrollment information has been processed.

• The card will be mailed to your home address and should not be used until the new plan year begins.

• If you need additional cards for eligible healthcare dependents, you can order cards through your online account. There is no fee for additional cards.

How do I access my account?

After we have processed your enrollment information, access your new online account with WageWorks by visiting: www.takecarewageworks.com click on the “Participant Account” button and select “New User Registration” to create unique WageWorks credentials.

How do I file a Claim with WageWorks?

Effective September 1st, you will be able access your new plan year WageWorks account online to request reimbursement for your eligible expenses. You can also use the MyFlex Mobile App mobile app to submit claims from your mobile device. If you would like to fax or mail your reimbursement request, please visit www.takecarewageworks.com and select “Employee” from the top toolbar then “File a claim” from the left menu list. Links to the claim forms are available at the bottom of the page.

With the MyFlex mobile application from WageWorks, you can file and manage your reimbursement claims and Card usage paperwork on the spot. To access your online account on the go with WageWorks or the MyFlex mobile app, visit www.takecarewageworks.com click on the “Participant Account” button and select “New User Registration” to create unique WageWorks credentials.

Will my Carryover funds be made available on my new plan year account?

If your plan currently has the carryover feature, carryover dollars will be added to your new WageWorks account approximately 45 days after prior year run out ends if they have not yet been used by that point. All prior plan year claims must be directed to Choice Strategies during the regular run out period

Will my Direct Deposit details be transferred to WageWorks?

If you opted for direct deposit for reimbursements from your Choice Strategies account(s), you will need to sign up for direct deposit on your WageWorks account. Please login to your account and update your reimbursement method in your profile effective September 1st.*

What if I had a Letter of Medical Necessity set up with Choice Strategies?

Unfortunately, we cannot automatically transfer Letters of Medical Necessity. For any service or product that falls under the category of “Maybe Expense” or “Ineligible Expense” per IRC sec 213 (d), a Letter of Medical Necessity will need to be submitted to WageWorks with your first claim. We will not be able to process your claim without your Letter on file. To purchase over the counter items (OTC), you will only need to submit a prescription (RX) from your doctor. For more information, please visit www.takecarewageworks.com and select “Employee” from the top toolbar then “File a claim” from the left menu list.
