We are proposing to split men’s department into Ethnic and western starting 1st April. This will allow greater focus both on product and Market end as seen with Sari moving as a separate department, and the same is being done with Footwear and Bags this year.

This will also allow a smooth transition when we appoint two separate heads.

It will be difficult to do that at the moment as the Western offering is too small.

For fair calculations we can always assume 90% of the space with Ethnic.
