Action: Darcy Dickson calls AGM to order @ 2:50 PM
Review of 2008 AGM Minutes

Action: Darcy Dickson moves to adopt AGM minutes from 2008

-Motion to adopt minutes from 2008 passed

Financials

Action: Rob Kitamura gives current financial situation of SITCAand suggests that duesfor the seminar will have to be increased due to rising cost of operating expenses and then opens the floor for questions

Current Board Members + Election of Board Members

Chris Armanini, Brent Farrell, Rob Kitamura and Craig Shook at the end of two year term on the Board of Directors

Action: Darcy Dickson asks these members if they would let their names stand for re-election

Action: All 4 members agree to let their names stand for re-election

Action: Darcy D. asks for any more nominations from the SITCA membership

Action: Els Armstrong offers her name for election for an MOF position

Action: Darcy D. asks Craig Shook and Brent Farrell if they want to vacate an MOF position and they both decline

Action: membership votes on the third MOF position, with Brent Farrell winning the first vote, and Craig Shook the second vote

Action: Brent Farrell and Craig Shook reelected to Board of Directors in MOF positions.

Action: Rob Kitamura and Chris Armanini reelected to Board of Directors as a consultant and licensee respectively.

Miscellaneous

Action: Darcy Dickson asks for comments on the 1 day seminar from the SITCA membership and the membership indicates that they like the 1 day vs. 2 day seminar

Action: Darcy D encourages members to use the feedback section on the website to help the board decide what things to cover in up coming seminars and stresses the fact that Sitca is for the members and that their opinions are important to the board.

Action: Darcy D. opens up the floor to comments
