Pledge

We hereby pledge that we will observe the following rules to use the sports facilities at the event/competition.

・Parking on the public roads near the university and the parking spaces of theResearch Center ofHealth Physical Fitness and Sports is strictly prohibited.

・Bicycles and motorcycles must be parked in the designated places (parking near gates is strictly prohibited).

・Organizing individuals and universities must take care of their valuables and other items by themselves. Nagoya University shall take no responsibility for any loss or theft occurred on the campus.

・Changing clothes outside locker rooms is prohibited.

・Public roadside spectating is prohibited.

・Eating and drinking inside the sports facilities is prohibited (excluding rehydration).

・Smoking and drinking alcohol is prohibited. (The sports facilities and surrounding areas are all non-smoking areas)

・Use of the facilities which you have not applied for is prohibited. (Do not use other facilities for warmup before the game, etc.)

・Garbage must be brought back by participants themselves. (The university garbage bins are not available)

・The sports facilities and surrounding areas must be cleaned up after the event/competition.

・The event manager must be present at the event/competition at all times.

・Damaged facilities and equipment must be restored to their original condition.

All users must follow the instructions of the Research Center ofHealth Physical Fitness and Sports and Student Support Division, regarding the use of the sports facilities.

We (name of the group), as a representative group for use of the sports facilities, take responsibility for all participants and relevant personsto observe the rules above, as well as other rules and guidelines for use of the sports facilities. In addition, we accept the following penalty: In the event that we fail to observe these rules and guidelines or give any false information on the Request to Use the Sports Facilities, the use of the sports facilities will be prohibited for at least 2 weeks and the use of the sports facilities for events/competitions at the Nagoya University will be prohibited for 10 months. (Prohibition period will be determined and announced at a later date.)
