Player A takes the corner hit and plays it short to player B at the front edge of the box who passes it back out to player A who has run in a diagonal direction.
On receiving the pass player A shoots for goal.
Players C and D follow the shot in on the goalkeeper, taking care not to be off side.

4: Contact Skills: Angle of approach
Player Pis hitting the red ball in the direction of the arrow.
The angle of approach for a Block is from:
9 o’clock to 1 o’clock
The angle of approach for a Click is from:
6 o’clock to 9 o’clock
The angle of approach for a Ground tackle/Swing is from:
1 o’clock to 6 o’clock
Timing of approach is crucial in relation to the swing and position of the striker’s caman.
The decision making ability of players to assess angle of approach and timing has to be developed in a progressive manner so that confidence can be built up.

Place one Player from each side in the opposite end zone.
Players have to try and get the ball to the Player in the end zone for them to score a goal.

In an area approx. 60m x 40m, play 7 x 7 with goalkeepers and portable goals.
Coach imposes certain conditions on the players for a short duration.
Conditions
1) Each Player can only tackle the player they are marking.
2) Players must get into and attack space behind defenders.
3) Players look to make blindside runs behind defenders out of their vision – or in front to pull them out of position

Player 1 passes the ball across to Player 2 who then passes up the wing to Player 3.
Player 3 then crosses the ball to Player 4 who has a shot at goal.
Players 3 and 4 then join the back of their respective queues. Players 1 and 2 go into Players 3 and 4’s positions. Players 5 and 6 start the whole process off again.

Put one temporary goal in middle of centre circle.
Four teams of 3/4 players. Teams 1 & 3 are partner teams as are Teams 2 & 4
Team 1 attacks the main goal.If the defence (Team 2) win possession of the ball they pass the ball to partner Team 4 on side of pitch to activate them.
This group then attacks the goal at halfway. Team 1 defend this attack, they have to win the ball back to release their partner Team3 on the side of the pitch.

Goalkeeper clears the ball to Attackers who attack with 4 players in Zone 1 V 2 defenders.
If goal is scored, back to halfway attack using Zone 2 V 3 defenders.
If goal is scored attack using Zone 3 V 4 defenders.
If no goal is scored keep returning to Zone 1 – 4 attackers v. 2 defenders.

Three Players 1, 2, and 3 in centre circle.
Coach © calls 1,2 or 3, that Player reacts and plays a quality ball into forward line. Forwards attack the goal, defenders attempt to stop them scoring or intercept passes.
As soon as ball is cleared or a goal is scored, the coach initiates next phase by calling a new number.

Players are split into zone positions (attack, midfield, defence & Goalkeeper) and have to remain in their zone at all times.
The game encourages positional play on a small field and develops the player’s ability without overcrowding.
The ball can only be played from one zone to the next (ie 1 to 2)
