We are very excited to have you joining us this next year and want your walk thru registration experience to be a good one. In this packet you will find all the PFA forms required for walk thru registration. These are not the PMS school forms which you are required to download and printout from the website ( If you lose any of these PFA forms you can print out another copy from this website too.

Please consider joining the PFA for a $25 membership fee. Your fee includes a copy of the membership directory and an emailed newsletter. In joining the PFA you are committing to support PMS in many ways. Our membership volunteers time for school events, hosts school spirit functions, fosters communication between parents, school, district and fundraises for important school needs.

Regarding fundraisers, we would like you to please consider making a donation to the PFA. As you know the state budget issues are impacting all Calfornia schools. The PFA strives to bring support to those areas being impacted the most. During the 2011-2012 school year we specifically funded: Departments, TV replacement, Elmos, Counseling, Projectors, Library Books, Campus Beautification, Library Aide, Computer Upgrades, and Emergency Supplies. Your donations this year will go to many of these same items as we continue to provide support to PMS. If you are unable to give a direct donation now please consider participating in some of the other fundraisers we will be having throughout the year.

Please allow sufficient time to participate in walk through registration. You are required to stop at each station whether or not you choose to participate so we know that you have received all pertinent information. Estimate a wait a little longer than elementary school but less than high school. Please remember to thank the volunteers who will be helping you this day. They give freely of their time to help you through the process.
